Below: Pancakes are a tradition on Shrove Tuesday in England. Shrove Tuesday is the day before "Lent" or Easter season officially starts. In some town, pancake races have been held for hundreds of years on Shrove Tuesday! "Discover the Joy of Easter" has a recipe for traditional English pancakes.
